More and more customers now demand matt surfaces. Forner’s acrylic boards is our answer for the trend. Our panels have perfectly smooth, deep matt surface with extreme scratch resistance (SR, .2,0 DIN 68861) which are significantly higher than standard matt surfaces.
Deep matt surfaces give the impression of warmth and successfully began to satisfy client who would like to create a space for living with a very elegant and toned down characteristics at the same time. Forner's deep matt acrylic furniture boards and fronts are an innovative material for furnitures’ manufacturing.
Forner's acrylic furniture boards and fronts are the product of the highest quality. Forner's acrylic furniture boards are based on four components: MDF, acrylic film, i.e. plastic resistant to external factors, PVC anti-flex and waterproof film and waterproof PUR adhesive.
To produce extreme scratch resistant (SR) DEEP MATT furniture panels we use Senosan lacquered acrylic films. They can be distinguished by enormous scratch resistance, UV resistance and environment friendly features. All products are exactly matched as required to their target group of furniture manufacturers and designers.
What are their advantages? A structure almost silky to the touch, traceless material. The unparalleled colour’s depth, unusual super-matt effect and very high resistance to abrasion and scratches. However, there is more. Forner's acrylic boards and fronts are also characterized by high resistance to all kinds of chemicals and stains. Their resistance to UV radiation is much higher than in case of other products on the market.
Forner’s acrylic boards differ from other materials on the market due to their unique surface features: - perfectly smooth, matt surface; - pleasant to touch; - satin to touch; - anti-glare properties; - no fingerprints are left.

Application: Acrylic deep matt panels made by Forner of Senosan film may be used for horizontal surfaces: tables, table tops, counters.
